- 3 whole eggs
- 6 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil (or less, depending upon the amount you tolerate)
- juice of 2 lemons/limes, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons non-chlorinated water
- 3 small ovenproof dishes
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor or use stick, and blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour the blended mixture into a small ovenproof dis/dishes
- Put it in the preheated oven, and bake it for 30 minutes. No water is necessary.
