I played around with it last week and it is a very interesting drink!! Full chocolate flavour with spicy tinges and because it is a secondary ferment - has fizz!!
I used
3 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
1/4 Cup cacao
1 litre kefir raw dairy milk
Sweetener to taste - I use honey
Whisk cacaor powder into the the kefir and then add the spices. Pour into Mason jar and let set on bench for another 8-12 hours.
Remove the spices and gently blend the kefir to make it smooth. Add sweetener to taste. Place in fridge in summer time.

Fermented seagull anyone??? The Inuits survive very well without grains and vegetables. Most of their nutrients come from meat and animal fat. Wonder what the cholesterol phobics think of that???
