Change in gluten free definition concerns expert

Change in gluten free definition concerns expert
A BID to relax the definition of gluten
free food is potentially dangerous, says a specialist who is so worried
he has written to the Medical Journal of Australia.

Geoffrey Forbes, a gastroenterologist at Royal Perth Hospital, says
Coeliac Australia is making a mistake to lobby for an increase in the
amount of gluten that food can contain and still be classified as gluten

Although the introduction of the 'Loose Change' menu in 2012 bolstered sales of its food last year, thrifty consumers have withdrawn from even that bargain basement offer and are spending less at the McDonald's counter.

Found this wonderful whey draining bag from Morrigan Farm at Kandos N.S.W. I'm really happy to support Australian farmers and particularly people like these who are making an effort to diversify. I bet the lady of the house has set up this business!
